KGB Aviation Solutions is pleased to announce that its FDR/CVR data downloading tool, known as DART, will be listed as an approved tool by Curtiss-Wright’s Defense Solutions Division for use with its Fortress® flight recorder and IP camera. DART (Data Acquisition Ruggedized Tool) has the capability to download data from the Fortress recorder and display live video from the camera. Once the data is downloaded, DART will wirelessly transfer the data to designated Data Services providers. This unique feature significantly reduces the time required to make this data available for the Data Analyst. Curtiss-Wright and KGB Aviation Solutions will be promoting this capability through a concerted effort.
